This Return Policy governs Funnyautos acceptance of returns.
Proof of Purchase
With Proof of Purchase
Return or exchange any item with original purchase receipt within 14 days as NEW requires that item must be in original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item. Returns that do not meet these criteria will be denied. Items returned for warranty may be exchanged or refunded at our discretion. Credit will be issued to the same card used for purchase; card must be present at time of return.
Without Proof of Purchase
Return or exchange of NEW items (original condition and packaging, unopened and uninstalled, including all original materials supplied with the item) without proof of purchase may be made in exchange for a Funnyautos gift card. No CASH refunds will be issued. These returns will be processed at the lowest selling price of the item in the last 14 days.
Some merchandise, including opened gaskets and ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC GOODS are non-refundable. Third party or other outsourced merchandise, including certain Special Order, Commercial Tools and equipment are all subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Clearance and “AS IS” merchandise are non-refundable.
The list below provides a high-level list of merchandise that is classified as non-returnable per our Return Policy. Some parts may be denied return because they share the same categorization as their electrical counterparts (i.e. fuel pumps). In these cases, the Team Member may override the denial and process the return. This list represents most but not necessarily all of the non-returnable parts. All Core returns need to be for the exact part purchased, in original packaging and in fully rebuildable, undamaged, condition Credit WILL NOT be applied until the part is received. Fluids must always be drained.
The warranty period is 45 days from your date of purchase or any longer warranty period that may be printed on your original sales receipt. Please refer to our Limited Warranty Policy for specific details.
Returning Online Purchases to Funnyautos.com
Online purchases can be returned to Funnyautos within 45 days from the date of purchase. Bring original packaging and your receipt, Order Confirmation email or Merchandise Return Form. All refunds will be credited back to you via the same payment method used for your original order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable except in case of returns due to our error.
How Do I Return Something?
STEP. 1: Send a Return Request by Sending an email to Funnyautos Customer Service Team (email@example.com). Please Remember to include The following Details in The Request for Faster Processing:
the Order Number
the Name of The Item you want to return.
reasons for wanting to return the items (Size/Quality/Other Reasons…)
photos of the items to be returned.
*For returns because of issues with the fit/size of the item(s), kindly Send us photos with the measurement visible from the item(s).
*For returns because of issues with the condition/quality of the item(s), kindly include photos highlighting the specific issues with the item(s).
Step 2: Our Customer Service Representatives will give a response to your request within 24 hours.
(There will be instances that we will not be able to attend to your issue due to High email volume but rest assured that we will be working round the clock to answer all emails and calls as fast as possible.)
Depending on the cause of the return, we may provide you with Better Options, But the final decision depends on you.

Step 3: After shipping the package, request the “Tracking Number” of the shipment from your Local Post Office. Remember to inform our Customer Service Representative through email that you have shipped the package and provide us with the “Tracking Number”.
Step 4: Once we receive the package, we will process a refund for the item(s) within 1-2 business days.
Refund is available for both full-price and sale/discounted items. If you purchase the item(s) at a full price, you will receive a full refund for the item(s). If your payment includes promotions or discounts, you will receive the sale/discounted price for refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Refund?
The time for you to receive your refund depends on the payment method you used. Here are the expected times of each payment method:
